Welcome to Theory by Nicole Natelli! By purchasing and accessing the Theory Education Annual Subscription, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our content, community, and educational platform. Please note: All purchases are final, and there is a strict No Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all Theory Education Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once you have completed your payment and your membership has been activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We encourage all potential members to review the course descriptions and details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to enrolling, please contact us at support@theorybynicolenatelli.com.
Intellectual Property Protection
All content provided on the Theory member site — including but not limited to videos, course materials, guides, downloads, branding assets, and digital resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Theory by Nicole Natelli.
You are granted personal, non-commercial use only of all materials provided as part of your membership. By accessing the Theory content, you agree that you will:
• Not share, replicate, reproduce, or distribute any Theory content with anyone outside of the Theory community.
• Not use Theory materials to teach or develop your own educational content or services without written permission from Theory by Nicole Natelli.
• Not share your login credentials or grant access to your membership account to anyone else.
Unauthorized use, distribution, or replication of Theory content is a violation of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
Login and Account Security
Your Theory member account is for individual use only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing your login or allowing someone else to access your account is a direct violation of these terms and will result in the immediate termination of your membership.
In the event that unauthorized access is detected from your account, Theory by Nicole Natelli reserves the right to:
• Disable your account without notice.
• Ban you from future purchases or memberships.
• Pursue legal action for breach of contract.
No Commercial Use or Resale of Content
Although you are granted access to the Theory educational content, you are not authorized to use this material for commercial purposes.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
• Teaching Theory content in any form to your own students, clients, or team.
• Repurposing Theory content to create your own courses or educational materials.
• Selling or distributing Theory materials to any third party.
Violating this term will result in immediate and permanent removal from the member site with no refund provided, and legal action may be pursued.
Membership Termination Policy
Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions outlined here will result in immediate termination of your Theory membership.
If your membership is terminated due to a breach of these terms:
• No refund will be provided for any remaining time on your subscription.
• You will lose access to all current and future Theory content.
• Your account will be permanently deactivated, and you will be prohibited from purchasing any future courses or memberships.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Theory by Nicole Natelli actively monitors user activity to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to track:
• Login locations and IP addresses associated with your account.
• Patterns of suspicious behavior (e.g., multiple logins from different locations).
• Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of content via social media, email, or other channels.
If any misuse is detected, we will immediately suspend your account and begin an investigation.
